Well, one of the busiest months of my year is coming to a close, and I am so ready to get back to a regular dinner-time routine. Thank goodness for Easy Meal Plan Sunday to make the transition easier!
I just returned yesterday from a three day stint and my son’s robotics team mom, and I am so glad that dinner plans for the coming week have been figured out for me!
The recipes in this week’s meal plan look perfect for welcoming spring, from the Lighter Chicken Salad Sandwiches to the Lemon Sugar Cookies. The Honey Mustard Ham and Cheese Sandwiches look especially delicious. I think those will be making another appearance on my menu after Easter, when I need to use up my leftover ham.
No matter how crazy life gets, I just love knowing that I don’t have to think about what to make for dinner. Happy cooking!
