Meal Plan Sunday

March is going to be an unusual month for my family in terms of eating dinner at home. We’ve got Spring Break, two robotics tournaments away from home, and a business trip to Europe for my husband.

So we’re going to be doing a lot of eating out in March. But these recipes all look so good, I’m definitely going to be penciling them in for the days we will be home!

The Barbecue Brisket will definitely be a hit with my boys, and so will the carnitas. And I’ve got my eye on those desserts! The Chocolate Mint Dream Bars would be fun for St. Patrick’s Day.
