When it comes to favorite family recipes, my grandma’s fudge is legendary. Her recipe has been shared in family recipe books, and made at family reunions, and although it sounds crazy, her favorite way to eat it was to pour the fudge over freshly popped popcorn. It’s actually pretty tasty!

And since the holidays are the perfect time for making fudge, I’m sharing a festive new fudge recipe today. This beautiful Marbled Red Velvet Fudge is sure to become a family favorite, just like grandma’s!

Marbled Red Velvet Fudge

My grandma knew that the secret to great fudge is JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme, and it’s what makes this red velvet fudge so smooth and creamy!

I actually keep a jar of JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme, along with a few bags of JET-PUFFED Marshmallows, in my pantry at all times.

They’re so handy for whipping up fun, last-minute treats with my kids.

This yummy red velvet fudge is a great recipe for getting the kids involved in the kitchen.

It starts with a chocolate fudge base, and you’ll need to add about 3 tablespoons of red food coloring to your chocolate to get that beautiful red color.

It’s so pretty! This fudge is sure to be the highlight of your holiday candy tray!

I like to start off with some chopped semi-sweet chocolate. For the best results, I recommend using a good quality chocolate, like BAKER’S Chocolate.

You’re also going to need some melted white chocolate. This is what you’ll use to get that beautiful marbling in your fudge!

To add a little something special to my fudge, I like to sprinkle it with some pretty nonpariels before it sets. This is an especially fun job for kids!

My family loved this Marbled Red Velvet Fudge! They kept taking another piece and saying, with their mouths full of fudge, “I’m not normally a fudge person, but this is really good!”
