Three Ingredient Lemon Fruit Dip

I’ve probably tried hundreds of fruit dips in my life. And they’ve all been delicious. But this Three Ingredient Lemon Fruit Dip is by far the best I’ve ever had. And it’s so unbelievably easy! Not only is it good with fresh fruit (blackberries are my favorite), but it’s wonderful with shortbread or sugar cookies too. You’ll usually find lemon curd near the pie filling, and in a pinch, lemon pie filling would make a great substitute. I’ll never make another fruit dip again!
