Pink Lemonade Ice Cream

We’ve had so much fun making homemade ice cream this summer, and this Pink Lemonade Ice Cream is our favorite so far.

Pink Lemonade Ice Cream

It’s just so fun, and the lemonade flavor has summer written all over it! We did add a bit of pink food coloring for color, but that is totally optional.

Besides being a great summertime treat, this ice cream is also easy to make. We just took our favorite vanilla ice cream recipe and added some pink lemonade concentrate and a bit of lemon zest.

It’s a little bit sweet, a little bit tart and perfectly creamy and delicious! Hope you love it as much as we do!
