  1. You hit on all my favorite As: asparagus, artichokes and avocado!! Yum Yum. They may be in season but they’re still hard to find here in Portland. I’ll have to wait a little bit longer so they don’t cost and arm and a leg. *sigh*

  3. This is a great post! I look forward to doing more in-season shopping and cooking! It’s easy to do it in the summer but picking winter in-season food (especially up here in Minnesota) is a lot harder. Thanks!
